LEG PRESS- 2000 lbs for 2 reps (school record) *see pictures in profile
BACK SQUAT- 430lbs
DEADLIFT- 405 for 2 reps
BENCHPRESS- 205 (stopped going heavy on bench once I hit the "200" mark + with previous shoulder injury I don't want to reinjure it. Also, I have always been more of a leg guy)
I will continue to improve on the Deadlift. The Squat and the Leg press will stay the same as I have suffered a knee injury which will require surgery, so as a result I will not be going heavy for a while.
