A lot of people as of late have been asking me why am I training and dieting so hard. It's amazing that people would even ask me something like that when it's related to my health. They should take a few pages out of my book and follow. But I'm cool about it and answer the question with I want to compete in bodybuilding soon. They say it's too much work and the hardest sport. To me, it's a challenge against myself as well as other opponents. Too me, that's my "FUN". Sorry if you think I'm boring but to be honest, I don't care. Honestly it's hard but it could done by anyone. It takes a lot of heart followed by lots of work. I don't mind busting my as everyday in the gym, eating clean all day everyday, and making sure I get my 8 hours of sleep in even if I go to bed at 9 pm. I'm a big believer in hard work paying off. As of late I have been killing myself day in and day out getting myself into the best shape possible for this contest. Winning this would be biggest accomplishment in my life ever. All day it's on my mind and all I want to do is give my all and win and get my *** competing representing a great company like NXLABS. Of course I may not win but all I can do now is keep killing myself in the gym, diet right, and sleep consistantly and we'll see what happens. Competing or not, EVERYONE should have heart to want to change their life and put hard work into exercising.

Recently I thought of things I would like to accomplish with my physique.
1. Add more muscle mass.
2. Add more size to each muscle group my arms imparticular.
3. Get my *** on a stage and compete
These are the goals I have for myself. I believe I have added some size since I took the photos a few months ago but would like more where I can compete at about 210 lbs. Arms are at 16 inches now but would like to see 18 or more by my first competition. Once those are accomplished then I'll hit the stage for the first time and hopefully do well. I see anything involving the human body is possible. Years ago I never thought my body would be the way it is today coming from an obese life hitting 267 lbs. max at the age of 14. But with hard work and education of exercise and nutrition, I was able to change my body to something I never thought was possible. After accomplishing that goal of getting in shape, I realize ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. With hard work and drive, anything can be accomplished. These are the things I am currently working on and am confident it will all come within time. Til then I'll be busting my *** day in and day out. Thank you.

Well the finals are here and I made it. I just wanted to give a great shout out to those that voted for me because if it weren't for all of you, I wouldn't be in the finals right now. They always say the fans are your best weapon and I'm a big believer in that after this. Thank you and I greatly appreciate this. Been a great time and to think it ends soon is crazy. Good luck to my fellow finalists in this. Been fun.

Well it's finally over. Got my video up against a bunch of really good competitors. Gotta say I have LOTS of work to do to my physique. I'm happy I was able to lose about 32 lbs. for this over the last few months but did feel some disappointment with my physique which I GURANTEE will be bigger and harder within the next year. One way or another, this was a great contest and I thank NXLABS for this great opportunity as well as my fans for their much appreciated support. Now comes the off season to add some solid muscle mass and size.

FINALLY after the NXLABS finals video, I am training forreal now. I took some time off to give my body a break for a bit and starting tomorrow I'm back on schedule. Very excited. Had an itch since the first day I stopped so now the wait is over. Staring my offseason with a brutal back workout tomorrow. STOKED! Time to add some quality mass to my body and get my rear on stage. Back to doing what I live for. Was made to do.
